Unlike a physical product, digital files can not be returned once you’ve downloaded them.
For that reason, sales of digital resources are typically considered final and non-refundable.
There can be exceptions to this, and refunds will be granted in few, limited cases.

A common reason for refund are duplicate purchases — you may have accidentally purchased the same resource twice or perhaps you purchased a resource that was also included in a bundle either purchased at the same time or later.
You may have mistakenly purchased the wrong resource — you thought you'd bought the AUSSIE FLORA pack of Classroom Labels + Signs but instead purchased the GUM LEAF pack. Your account shows that you have not downloaded the file as yet.
Perhaps, I've made a mistake (I'm only human) and not included the correct detail in the item's description — you believed the file was editable as I'd indicated it was a PowerPoint file but instead it is a PDF and can not be edited.
If your purchase fits one of the exceptions listed above, you may be eligible for a refund.
To be considered, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase and are treated on a case-by-case basis. Please include details of your purchase along with your request.
You can submit your request by emailing support@youclevermonkey.com
Refund requests for purchase made via Teachers Pay Teachers or Etsy will need to be made through those sites.
